Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Bombs



  • 4 tbsp Butter

  • 4 tbsp Coconut oil (refined) 

  • 4 tbsp Peanut Butter unsweetened 

  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder Ghirardelli brand works great

  • Sweeten to taste (I use about 1/3 cup erythritol Swerve brand) 


  1. Melt butter in microwave or on a heavy bottom pan.

  2. Add coconut oil, peanut butter, and cocoa powder. Blend with an immersion blender. Add sweetener to taste. 

  3. Pour into molds and freeze for 20 mins. Store in freezer.

  4. If you accidentally sweeten too much you can add some salt or peanut butter to take it down a notch. Adding salt in regardless can be quite nice too. Just a pinch!
