Chicken Crust Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 lb package of ground chicken or turkey 

  • 1 cup packed mozzarella, shredded 

  • 1 Tbsp parsley, dried 

  • 1 tsp basil 

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder 

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. 

  2. Combine chicken, cheese, parsley, basil, onion and garlic powder together. Mixture will resemble a meal/thick, dense crumb consistency. 

  3. Press chicken/cheese mixture on parchment paper on a cookie sheet. 

  4. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool for five minutes. 

  5. Top with sauce, cheese, and toppings. Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until toppings are melted. Let cool an additional five minutes. Slice and serve. 

  6. Makes an entire 12-14″ pizza.
