1 pound fresh green beans, ends trimmed
2 Tablespoons sesame oil
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1/2-1 Tablespoon Sriracha add more if you like spice
Toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Mix together sesame oil, soy sauce and Sriracha and set aside. Sauté green beans in a very hot skillet with olive oil until skin is browning and looks bubbly. With heat on high add chicken broth and let simmer for 3-5 minutes. When beans are fork tender and bright green add soy sauce. Cook and stir just to cover the green beans. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
Makes about 4-6 servings
Can be frozen for meal prep.
